Since first glimpsing the Roux Brothers on TV at 8 years old, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to food. Starting out as a butcher’s apprentice and training my palate from an early age, my dedication to cuisine has led me to work internationally, and in some of the country’s most prestigious establishments including London’s illustrious The Savoy and the Michelin-starred Cliveden.
My love for proper British gastro pubs prompted a career highlight from 2016 - 2019, taking on The Crown Inn pub in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Sydenham. Together with my wife, Pippa, we transformed it into an award winning gastro-pub and foodie destination.
Now, following 25 years of experience in the industry, I have developed my skills to embrace a new direction, working with my own team to offer bespoke dining experiences. We pride ourselves on serving beautiful, generous & memorable dishes and curating our menus specific to each client – from eye-catching grazing stations, family style lunches, and bespoke tasting menus, to intimate dinner parties and ‘wow factor’ gala dinners.
Freshness and provenance is at the heart of everything we do, always working with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients where possible, bringing flavour to life with every plate we serve.
Since 2019 we have worked exclusively with Marlow’s much-celebrated Rebellion Brewery, and run the ‘members’ and ‘open night’ BBQs, often serving over 500 guests a night, cooking classic BBQ favourites alongside mouth-watering monthly specials, accompanied by Rebellion’s great beers.
We're also pleased to have been partnered with WWFC since 2020, providing Food & Beverage Consultancy for the Adam's Park Stadium. For the 2021/2022 Season, we've been appointed as a preferred Event and Match-Day caterer, and will be overseeing all Bar Operations throughout the venue.
